E2open (EOPN) shares are down more than 10% Friday after the cloud-based software provider missed Q4 earnings and revenue in a report out late Thursday.
EOPN reported a loss of $0.23 per share for the quarter ended February 28, 2014, missing estimates for a loss of $0.14, but better than the loss of $0.28 reported for the same quarter last year.
Total revenue of $19.4 million also missed estimates of $20.1 million, but rose from $18.3 million from Q1 2013.
Looking ahead, EOPN projects an adjusted loss of $0.15 to $0.16 cents per share for Q1, with adjusted revenue projected between $19 million to $19.8 million. Analysts surveyed by Thomson Reuters project a loss of $0.10 on $21 million in revenue.
Shares of EOPN are trading at $16.22 with a 52-week range of $12.99 to $29.82.
