Huntington Ingalls Industries (NYSE:HII) reported Q4 earnings that were well ahead of analysts’ estimates. The ship- and submarine builder said its adjusted diluted earnings rose nearly 28% to $1.66, exceeding the $1.22 average estimate from analysts polled by Capital IQ, if comparable.
